Cancellations

You may cancel your walk/visit and provided you give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice you will not be charged.

 

If you cancel on the day of the service commencing, we reserve the right to charge you for that walk/visit.

Service Agreement Change

​

If Welland Valley Pet Care cannot provide the service agreed, they will do their best to arrange an alternative, unless in extreme circumstances, where we will endeavour to give 24 hours’ notice.

​

If you arrive home earlier than expected, you will not be refunded for the remaining visits.

​

Termination of Contract

​

To terminate and ongoing contract, we ask for one weeks’ notice to be given by you, either verbally or in writing.
